Rate Policies
All rates are subject to 11% Hotel Tax
All rates are for occupancy by one or two guests; a charge of $35 per night will apply for each additional guest. Peak season rates apply for all holidays in the low season. During all holidays a 4 night minimum stay is required. During the Christmas and New Years period, a 7-night minimum is required. During peak season a 4 night minimum stay is also required. Rates are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or change your stay with us, we would like you to give us at least a 30-day notice so that we can make your room available to other guests.
During Christmas and New Years, a 90 Day notice of cancellation is required.
To ensure that the cancellation of your reservation is confirmed, please make sure that you receive a cancellation number, and our refund policy at the time of your request to cancel.
